Orc provides powerful solutions that meet our clients’ current and emerging complex trading and connectivity requirements. To help our customers fully understand the capabilities of the Orc solutions, we can provide extensive training programs for the trade desk through to the help desk.

Directly or via partners, Orc is able to provide Orc application training, Orc system administration classes as well as advanced derivatives courses. The training is available in a one-on-one or group sessions with programs tailored to suit specific client requirements.

Value Added Services

Through partners or via our Service Centers, Orc offers a wide range of services related to the Orc platform. These include application upgrade assistance, integration services and trading strategy development for the Orc Liquidator solution. We can also assist in database tuning and high availability configurations etc.

Customer Service Portal

Orc’s secure client self-service portal provides customer access to consolidated solutions with product and service information including technical documentation, user manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQ’s), product release notes, and FTP support for retrieving and/or sending files. Orc is committed to providing customers with timely and quality responsive technical support. The self-service portal offers customers access to a broad array of information and services 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
