The share capital of Orc Software AB amounts to SEK 1 520 228, represented by 15 202 282 shares, each with a quota value of 0.10. Each share provides equal rights to participation in the Company's assets and profits and entitles the holder to one vote at General Meetings. At General Meetings, each person entitled to vote may vote for the full number of shares owned or represented by the person concerned, without any restrictions in voting rights.
